1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Santai application ("Service") provided by Santai LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Santai provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection and routes your traffic through our servers. The Service includes:

Encrypted VPN tunneling
Access to global server nodes
Smart routing and traffic management
Traffic usage monitoring

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate account information
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities that occur under your account

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis with various plans
Each plan includes a specified bandwidth allowance and validity period
Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must NOT use the Service to:

Engage in any illegal activity under applicable laws
Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
Send spam or unsolicited communications
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network
Engage in activities that interfere with or disrupt the Service
Share, resell, or redistribute your account access

                Important: Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
            

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

Scheduled maintenance
Server upgrades or network changes
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by Santai LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the application.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SANTAI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if:

You violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
Your account is used for fraudulent or illegal activities
You fail to pay applicable subscription fees

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@santai.tv.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
