We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Service is designed with a strict no-logging policy for your online activities.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account or log in, we collect:

• Email address — used for authentication and account recovery
• Password — transmitted securely during login only; we store a hashed version, never plaintext

Subscription Data

To manage your service, we process:

• Subscription plan details (plan name, status, expiration date)
• Aggregate data usage (total bandwidth consumed vs. allowance)

Connection Metadata

For service operation and quality, we may collect:

• Timestamp of connection (not activity during the connection)
• Server node selected
• Connection duration
• Aggregate bandwidth (upload/download totals)

Device Information

The app may access basic device information required by the operating system to establish a VPN connection, including OS version and app version.

Data Security

• Local storage encryption — Sensitive data on your device is encrypted using AES-256-GCM via the Android EncryptedSharedPreferences API
• Transport security — All communications between the app and our servers use HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Request authentication — Every API request is signed with HMAC-SHA256 to prevent tampering
• DNS privacy — The app uses DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) exclusively, preventing DNS query interception

Permissions

The app requests the following system permissions:

VPN Service	Required to create a secure tunnel and route traffic through the VPN
Notifications	Display connection status and service alerts
Run at startup	Optional: restore VPN connection after device reboot
Query installed apps	Optional: allow you to choose which apps use the VPN (split tunneling)

Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services:

• Cloudflare — DNS resolution and connectivity testing (cp.cloudflare.com). Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

Data Retention

• Account data is retained while your account is active
• Connection metadata is retained for a limited period for service operation, then automatically purged
• Local app data is stored only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app

Data Deletion

You may request complete deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@santai.tv. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

You can also clear all locally stored data by uninstalling the app from your device.

Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
